Captains Charity
The Captain of Accrington golf Club David Grimshaw and the Lady Captain Carol Simpson have chosen the East Lancashire Hospice as their charity for 2010. Various activities and fundraising events are planned throughout the year, including the charity bunkers and charity water hole.
Last years Captain, Alan Smith and Lady Captain, Ann Robathan chose the same charity and raised £2500 with the help and support of the members.
